Terms & Conditions of Sale

Thank you for visiting Bride Vibe! We hope that you will love the items you have bought for your big day. Please see our terms and conditions of sale below, which are also displayed in the store. If you do have any queries about these terms, just get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

Check before you buy

Our wedding dresses are handmade and crafted with delicate materials. Due to the nature of these materials and the handcrafting process, there may be minor imperfections.

Dresses are sold as seen. Customers should inspect the dress before making a purchase. Any concerns regarding the condition of the dress should be addressed prior to completing the transaction. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that they are happy with the fit and condition of all items purchased. As our wedding dresses are sold off the peg, our brides can see the exact fit and condition of their dress whilst they are in store with us.

By purchasing or securing a dress with a deposit, you acknowledge and accept its condition as it was at the time of purchase/deposit. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for dresses after they have been bought or secured with a deposit.

Bride Vibe is not liable for any damages or imperfections discovered after the dress has been taken from the store.

Reserving a gown

We may offer our customers the opportunity to place a gown on reserve for a short period of time. The charge for this service is treated as a non-refundable deposit but will be deducted from the price of the gown if you decide to go ahead with the purchase. If you do not go ahead with the purchase in the agreed time period then the dress will be put back onto the rail for sale.

Refunds and exchanges

We do not currently accept returns or give refunds on any items purchased from our store. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Storing your wedding dress

While we recommend and provide a bridal storage bag to help with the storage of your dress, we also suggest ensuring your dress is stored somewhere safe and dry and away from direct heat or sunlight. Due to these variable factors, we cannot guarantee the condition of the dress over time.

After your purchase

Many factors can change the fit of a dress that means it may fit differently to when you tried the dress on in our shop. This includes but is not limited to; changing underwear/shapewear, body composition changes, and weight fluctuations. By purchasing, you agree that getting the fit you are happy with is your responsibility. We are not responsible for ensuring your dress fits after purchase.

Dress alterations

Most wedding dresses need a degree of alteration for a perfect fit. Our bridal stylists may be able to make recommendations on alterations, but the customer is fully responsible if they purchase a gown that requires alterations. BrideVibe Weddings Limited will not be liable for any charges, recommendations, and advice relating to alterations on any of our products. We can recommend the services of professional seamstresses, however, the customer is responsible for arranging any services with independent seamstresses and we are not responsible for the alterations they make or their pricing structure. Although we may give seamstress recommendations we are not affiliated with them in any way and you may use the services of any other seamstresses.

Cleaning your wedding dress

All of our garments are dry clean only, please always read the care label. We recommend that you visit a specialist bridal dry cleaner with experience in cleaning wedding dresses.

Bride’s images

By agreeing for us to use your images on our social pages and to be featured on our website you are agreeing that BrideVibe Weddings Limited can use these pictures, at their discretion and immediately, on our website and as part of any other wider marketing activity as deemed appropriate. This includes social media and other marketing activities. It is your responsibility to make sure the images are copyright free.

Statutory rights

Your statutory rights are not affected.
